About Us

V.I.S.V.A.S. is a voluntary, non-profit, non-political organization with an aim to create globally competitive education systems. It began in 2007, as an outcome of an initiative by two IIT Delhi students to bring out improvements in library and reading room facilities. Over a period of time, it has been effective bringing together different stakeholders of academic system on a common platform.

Our Philosophy

The three basic principles guiding the work of organization are : Inspire - Facilitate - Create

These are three characteristics of any change process and each of the three itself is essential for bringing about any change. You can be part of the organization through any of these, by either inspiring, facilitating or creating. As we see it, the three steps are cyclic and order independent. Creation of systems has not only inspired many to join the organization, but the created systems/ products facilitate further improvements. In the same manner, inspiration in itself acts as a facilitation for change.
